William S. Ayres has earned the title of First Vice President through years of dedication to the land business and over 25 years experience in commercial brokerage. His underlying philosophy has always been to provide exceptional service to his clients while providing them valuable local knowledge as their “eyes and ears” in the Sacramento marketplace. He has been involved in virtually every type of land transaction in every sub market of the Greater Sacramento region. He is the former Director of the Association for Commercial Real Estate (ACRE). Bill has received multiple nominations as Sacramento’s Land Broker of the Year, and was awarded this professional honor in 1997.

Brian R. Parker is a Senior Associate with 20 years business management experience. Previously representing corporate clients, he has spent the last six years selling and buying land for developers and individual land owners. His primary focus is infill development opportunities including multi-family, single family and commercial land sales. Brian is a member of the Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and the Sacramento Area Commerce and Trade Organization (SACTO). Brian was nominated as Rookie of the Year by ACRE in his first full year of brokerage for CBRE, and recently nominated for Land Broker of the Year by ACRE.

Cindy Henderson is an experienced Client Services Coordinator. From publishing marketing brochures, providing sales comparisons and mapping support, to managing our eblasts and listings, Cindy’s support and organization is critical to our success. This includes coordinating the creation of industry leading marketing collateral with CB Richard Ellis’ support staff, which includes 3 graphic designers, 3 research specialists, 1 mapping specialists, and an in-house Xerox production center. Bill, Brian, and Cindy, along with the CB Richard Ellis staff, continue to deliver the highest caliber of service to meet their client’s individual requirements.
