• Interviewing planners within the local jurisdiction to determine the highest and best use for the property.
• Publishing a marketing brochure (with aerials) that details all the specifics of the “for sale” property.
• Targeting and contacting the appropriate developers who are capable of meeting our client's financial and timing objectives.
• Collecting and evaluating offers and, most importantly information on the buyers.
• Calling for “best and final” offers from qualified buyers.
• Preparing a counter offer to all buyers and negotiating between them to the best possible price and terms.
• Talking with bankers and appraisers to help the developer obtain project financing.
• Monitoring the transaction through closing to make sure all important escrow benchmarks are hit by buyers/sellers.

 Acquisition:

• Thoroughly researching the market for our client's development requirements.
• Creating tour binders including aerials, zoning, fee analysis and additional property information for respective sub-markets.
• Conduct property tours.
• Engage property owners and listing brokers on behalf of our clients.
• Providing comps, market analysis and assistance in navigating entitlements.
• Talking with bankers and appraisers to help the developer obtain project financing.
