Jon Schultz, Rick Martinez, Josh Schmidt, and Heath Kastner are leading providers of retail brokerage and consulting services in the Greater Sacramento and San Joaquin Valley areas. The brokerage team includes associate broker Sam Orlando.  These five professionals—with over 65 years of collective commercial real estate experience—provide an extensive depth and breadth of market knowledge, transactional expertise and relationships. 

The professionals are supported by three highly experienced and specialized team members: Tiffany Clement–Administrative Assistant, Robin Reynolds–Marketing Assistant and Dominic Ielati–GIS/Senior Mapping Specialist. These team staff members are dedicated to assisting the professionals in delivering a very high level of customer service and responsiveness for all clients.

The Retail Services team is also supported by CB Richard Ellis' market research, technical, graphic design and administrative staff as well as CBRE professionals in financial services, appraisal, property tax services, asset management and mortgage banking.
