Jon Schultz has over 26 years of experience as a Retail Services professional at CB Richard Ellis. Jon is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest level of service, knowledge, experience, teamwork and professionalism. During his career, Jon has completed over 1,700 lease and sale transactions, with total lease and sale consideration of over $2.2 billion. Jon is currently the Northwest Director for the CBRE Retail Tenant Services Group.

In 2000, Rick was honored as one of the Sacramento Business Journal’s “40 Under 40”— forty Sacramento business people distinguished in business before the age of 40. He has also been nominated for the prestigious Retail Broker of the Year Award nine consecutive years, and CBRE’s coveted Navigator Award. In 2006 Rick was among the Top 20 nationally ranked retail brokers.

Heath Kastner has over nine years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in landlord and tenant representation, the marketing of new developments, and the sale and purchase of investment properties. Heath is a member of the CBRE Retail Tenant Services Group for the Northwest Region, and has extensive knowledge of the entire Northern California market including the San Francisco Bay Area. Heath prides himself on extreme hard work and providing his clients the highest level of service to ensure long lasting relationships.

Sam Orlando joined the Retail Services team in 2007. His experience comes from the private sector in Grocery Retail. Sam brings the perspective of the landlord to the team, as well as experience in investments, land sales, service station and grocery store operations, commercial real estate development, and property management. Sam’s relationships, lifelong residency, and expertise in the Central Valley, Stockton, Modesto, and surrounding areas provides the Retail Services team with a unique perspective and approach, enhancing our delivery of service to our clients in this region.
