Eric Comer has been working in the Multi-Housing field for the past 23 years. His comprehensive industry experience began in 1987 working with the Hanes Company and Levenson and Associates in the Inland Empire. After six years of top level production, Mr. Comer enrolled in a full time MBA program at Arizona State University. He accepted a position assisting professors in the real estate department, and participated in an international exchange program in Belgium and Norway. Additionally, Mr. Comer received a scholarship to attend Georgetown University's Washington DC graduate studies program in politics.

Upon completion of his MBA in 1995, Mr. Comer was recruited to build the private client division for multi-family at CB Richard Ellis in San Diego. Mr. Comer built the private client platform independently until 2002 when he partnered with Jim Neil. The team embraces the consultative approach and continues to expand services beyond the typically transaction focused brokerage teams.
