As Marketing Manager for the San Diego Region, Angela Neidert leads a creative team responsible for delivery of comprehensive, high quality marketing services for 112 brokerage professionals in four offices. Focusing on three areas of service including, Engagement, Business Development and Service Delivery, Angela and her team provide a vast array of services including dynamic presentation materials, strategic property marketing programs, photography, web services, brand management, advertising, copywriting and print production.
Angela joined CB Richard Ellis in 2005 as Client Services Specialist for the San Diego Multi-Housing team, to coordinate overall production and implement aggressive marketing programs for the team’s available properties. All creation and distribution of printed marketing materials, direct email campaigns and mailers, web marketing and analytics were under her direction. Angela’s professional experience spans both the graphic design and the printing industries. Prior to her employment with CB Richard Ellis, she managed all operational aspects of a local printing company, including setting business goals, formulating marketing strategies and maintaining client relationships.
As lead marketing consultant, Angela interacts directly with brokerage teams in the planning and implementation phases of high profile client pitches and frequently participates in client meetings to present marketing plans and highlight project specific resources
