Merrick Matricardi has been active in the real estate industry for 8 years. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in 2005, Mr. Matricardi spent time in the Commercial Real Estate Finance industry as a commercial account executive providing financing as a direct lender for commercial office, industrial, retail and multi-housing properties across the nation. Mr. Matricardi also served as a Property Acquisitions Administrator from 2001 to 2004 responsible for finding, underwriting, and negotiating the acquisition of commercial office and industrial properties in Southern California.
