Mr. Nath works as a Senior Financial Analyst at CBRE Hotels where his primary responsibilities include creating valuation models, preparing client presentations, writing offering memoranda, drafting industry research reports, performing industry due diligence including site visits, support ongoing management of investment positions and presenting investments to the firm’s investment committee. Mr. Nath has completed over $100 million of investment banking and real estate transactions.
Mr. Nath was formerly an Associate at the Light Group managing a US$100 million SPAC. The AIM listed investment vehicle was created to acquire & partner with hospitality & leisure companies in India. Mr. Nath is well experienced in multiple areas such as hospitality, real estate, automobile and finance. In addition his experience spans various geographies such as India, Indonesia, China, Netherlands, Malaysia, Japan and USA. Mr. Nath holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in real estate and finance.
