A hub office was developed in La Jolla (San Diego Central), at the Plaza at La Jolla Village. The hub office concept comprises all business units of CB Richard Ellis in a central location and provides synergy for the sales professionals and efficiency for operations. Smaller offices are maintained Downtown (at One America Plaza), and in North County (in Carlsbad at Pacific Ridge Corporate Center) for strategic purposes and client convenience. There are over 150 employees countywide, 81, of which, are sales professionals.
