Arden Realty portfolio CBRE’s San Diego, California, office was recently selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Arden Realty’s nine-building, 446,000-sq.-ft. San Diego portfolio. The portfolio includes the five-building, 205,000-sq.-ft. Highlands Corporate Center and the four-building, 241,000-sq.-ft. Corporate Plaza I & II—two trophy office campuses located in San Diego County’s premier submarket, Del Mar Heights. The portfolio is currently 86% occupied and offers spaces from 1,000 sq. ft. to 15,000 sq. ft. The team developed an unsolicited proposal featuring a detailed demand-side analysis and six-month forecast with leasing recommendations for the changing market that persuaded Arden Realty to switch its service provider from Grubb & Ellis to CBRE.
