Kraig Kristofferson has specialized in the leasing and sale of office buildings in the downtown area of San Diego with CB Richard Ellis (formerly CB Commercial and Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services) for 37 years. In the first eligible years at the company, Mr. Kristofferson achieved the titles of Sales Consultant, Senior Sales Consultant, Associate Vice President, and Senior Vice President.
Utilizing his market savvy, entrepreneurial vision and years of experience and relationships in the region, Kraig has established himself as a major figure in downtown San Diego's real estate market.
In addition to his experience in the leasing and sale of office buildings, Mr. Kristofferson has also been responsible for the leasing and sale of commercial/ retail properties, industrial properties, and land. In the downtown market alone, he has been involved with over 730 tenants in lease transactions representing over 4.438 million square feet of office space and over $612 million of aggregate rental. Mr. Kristofferson has also been involved in 89 sales in the downtown area, representing an aggregate value of over $1.193 billion. Kraig has also been involved in the leasing and sale of office and investment properties in all of San Diego's markets with aggregate transaction values exceeding $3.893 billion.
