Stacy Meronoff is a member of CB Richard Ellis’ downtown office leasing and sales team, with Kraig Kristofferson, representing a number of landlords and tenants in Downtown San Diego. His primary focus is prospecting potential downtown tenants for existing clients. Stacy’s other responsibilities include market analysis, financial analysis, negotiations, marketing, tours and all other aspects of leasing and selling downtown commercial property.
Since joining CBRE in 2005, Mr. Meronoff has been involved with over 55 tenants in lease transactions representing over 450,000 square feet of office space and over $60 million of aggregate rental. Stacy has also been involved in 6 sales in the downtown area, representing an aggregate value of over $390 million.
Before joining CBRE, Stacy worked with SENTRE Partners, a real estate investment services firm, as a partner/office assistant. Achievements
