David Perduk heads up the CB Richard Ellis Net Leased Property Group for the San Diego region. The group is an institutional quality group that specializes in the acquisition and disposition of portfolios or single assets anywhere in the country.
The CB Richard Ellis Net Leased Property Group consists of twelve professionals around the country, dedicated exclusively to the sale of single-tenant properties. Its goal is to provide unparalleled speed to the market and exposure for all our listings, resulting in the highest pricing and surety of closing for our clients' properties. The group sold approximately $1.2 billion of net leased properties in 2005 and has sold $1.9 billion in 2006.
Mr. Perduk is also a member of The Dalton Team who are committed to meeting clients' objectives. The Dalton Team specializes in single-tenant leased investments nationally with an emphasis on retail properties. Combined, extensive real estate experience has provided us with proprietary relationships and information involving single-tenant properties. We use our knowledge and understanding of the motivations and insights that drive and shape transactions to enhance our clients' competitive positions. We believe that a team approach is required to achieve the level of service demanded in today's market. In the last two years the team has sold properties worth more than $350,000,000 in total consideration.
Mr. Perduk has extensive experience in real estate and finance, and prior to a career in commercial real estate held the title of Vice President at JP Morgan Chase. As a senior executive in the treasury and security services division, Mr. Perduk assisted public and private sector clients in portfolio services for fixed income assets in the areas of investment, debt, and cash management. The portfolio’s ranged in size from $25 million to over $1 billion dollars and Mr. Perduk had exclusive responsibility for 11 states.
