Carousel Industries Leases Sorrento Mesa Office/Warehouse Space

SAN DIEGO – July 26, 2010 – CB Richard Ellis announced that Carousel Industries of North America leased 6,495 square feet of office and warehouse space at South Rim Business Park, 5764 Pacific Center Blvd., Suite 109, San Diego 92121. The three-year lease is valued at $210,375.

Dean Asaro of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor, Palomar Enterprises Inc. David Marino of Irving Hughes represented Carousel Industries.
