Mi Tierra Restaurant Inc. Leases Temecula Retail Space
TEMECULA – November 12, 2009 – CB Richard Ellis announced that Mi Tierra Restaurant Inc. leased 1,857 square feet of retail space at Meadows Village Shopping Center, 31915 Rancho California Road, Temecula 92591. The five-year lease is valued at $236,611.
Hil Mercado of CB Richard Ellis’ San Diego Central office represented both Mi Tierra Restaurant and the lessor, Spehar Temecula Center LP.
Anchored by Baron’s Market and CVS Pharmacy, the 81,062 square foot shopping center is 80 percent leased. Other project tenants include Fitwize4Kidz, Maxy Salon and Spa, Great Harvest Bread Company, Meadows Dental Group and Fantastic Sam’s.
There are currently only four suites available for lease at Meadows Village Shopping Center ranging in size from 1,550 square feet to 9,800 square feet.
