Nippon Express USA Renews Miramar Warehouse Lease

SAN DIEGO – July 12, 2010 – CB Richard Ellis announced that Nippon Express USA Inc. renewed its lease on 8,950 square feet of warehouse space at Trepte Industrial Park, 7776 Trade Street, San Diego 92126. The three-year lease renewal is valued at $206,224.

Andy Irwin of CB Richard Ellis represented Nippon Express USA Inc. The landlord, Trepte Investment Company, represented itself.
