Pfenex Inc. Leases Sorrento Mesa Industrial Building

SAN DIEGO – July 13, 2010 – CB Richard Ellis announced that Pfenex Inc. leased the 22,833 square foot industrial flex building at 10790 Roselle Street in San Diego’s Sorrento Mesa submarket. The 10-year lease is valued at $3,604,870.

Dean Asaro of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor, Westcore Properties. Dave Marino of Irving Hughes represented Pfenex Inc. 

The building is located in Roselle Technology Park, a four-building, 91,883 square foot industrial park located immediately off I-5 at the Sorrento Valley Road exit. The lease brings the project to 96 percent leased with one suite totaling 3,700 square feet available for lease.
