Quiznos Opens New Rancho Bernardo Location

SAN DIEGO – July 26, 2010 – CB Richard Ellis announced that Restaurant Realty, doing business as Quiznos, leased 1,472 square feet of retail space at 16479 Bernardo Center Drive, San Diego 92128. The five-year lease is valued at $187,954.

Joel Wilson of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor, Del Sol Development Corporation. Restaurant Realty represented itself.
