SAN DIEGO – October 20, 2009 – CB Richard Ellis announced that Starnet Production Inc. renewed its lease for 6,007 square feet of warehouse space at 8830 Rehco Road, San Diego 92121. The two-year renewal is valued at $133,355.

Andy Irwin and Dean Asaro of CB Richard Ellis represented both Starnet Productions Inc. and the lessor, Hazard Commercial Complex LLC.
