SAN DIEGO – July 12, 2010 – CB Richard Ellis announced that Matthew and Xyreine Kennedy, doing business as Submarina, leased 980 square feet of retail space at Plaza de Cuyamaca in Santee, 9713 Mission Gorge Rd., Santee 92071. The three-year lease is valued at $100,952.
