Deborah has 18 years experience in commercial real estate, including corporate real estate, brokerage and valuation consulting. She currently manages major corporate accounts such as SBC Communications and Network Associates, in addition to corporate represenation assignments around the globe.

Formerly, she was in Senior Management at Lucent Technologies, a then Fortune 50 corporation, where she managed over 400 real estate transactions globally. Deborah also directed master planning initiatives, analyzed and implemented M & A and divestiture projects and managed Lucent's Pacific Region portfolio of over 200 properties.

Deborah was a Transaction Manager for AT&T, completing over 100 transactions in 13 Western states. Deborah has completed numerous complex transactions including build-to-suits, CMBS, synthetic leases and tax-deferred exchanges.
