Jeffrey Roe is a specialist in hospitality investment sales and marketing throughout California and the U.S. Western Region. He has amassed a career spanning over 30 years with the last 15 years focused exclusively on the hospitality real estate segment. He was formerly a Senior Investment Associate with Marcus & Millichap and a founder of their hospitality and lodging brokerage practice. In 1996, he joined Hotel Partners, Inc. and opened the San Francisco office. In 1998, Insignia/ESG purchased the Hotel Partners’ practice and was later merged with the nation’s leading hotel practice at CBRE Hotels.
At CBRE Hotels, Mr. Roe and his West Coast Hotel team have assisted clients in the sale of premier assets in the Western United States. The team represented Blackstone in the sale of the Sheraton Seattle East Hotel in Bellevue, Washington and a private client in the sale of a portfolio of Marriott Hotels in Bend, Oregon. The team sold two Residence Inns by Marriott for Ashford Hospitality and an Embassy Suites in Southern California for a Japanese client. Mr. Roe has represented LNR Partners, Joie De Vivre Hospitality, Rim Corporation, Dow Hotels, Archon/Whitehall, Hardin Capital and Starwood Hotels & Resorts during his career.
In addition to the San Francisco office, the West Coast Hotels team has offices in Southern California. The CBRE Hotel platform provides valuation professionals in Seattle and associates in Hawaii and Nevada as well. With local and regional expertise in Western markets, Mr. Roe provides clients with the professional, team based representation required for hospitality transactions.
