Our office is located on a 50-mile peninsula immediately south of San Francisco and is bordered on the east by San Francisco Bay, on the west by the pacific Ocean and on the south by Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties encompassing 447 square miles. San Mateo County is the thirteenth largest county population in California…approximately 708,000 residents. Sunshine and mild temperatures are a norm. Average annual temperature is a pleasant 68 degrees and average rainfall is approximately 20 inches per year, occurring primarily from December to March.
Some major attractions are: Filoli Mansion and Gardens, Hiller Aviation Museum, Coyote Point Museum, Bay Meadows Racetrack, Ano Nuevo State Reserve, Allied Arts Guild, Fitzgerald Marine Reserve, Pigeon Point and Montara Lighthouses, San Mateo County Historical Museum, Sanchez Adobe, Woodside Store, Malibu Grand Prix.
