Christian Marent joined CB Richard Ellis (formerly Insignia/ESG) in June 2002 as part of a team spearheading the company's expansion of services in Silicon Valley to include tenant representation, corporate services, industrial services and investment brokerage.
Christian has specialized in the sale and leasing Office/R&D institutionally-owned properties in Sunnyvale/ Santa Clara, San Jose, Milpitas and Fremont since 1986, when he joined Bishop Hawk, Inc. (which was subsequently acquired by Grubb & Ellis in 1998).
Major projects he has represented as exclusive agent include the Siemens Rolm Campus, ±497,638 SF, in Santa Clara; Stevenson Pointe Tech Park, ±351,000 SF in Fremont; McCandless Technology Park, ±345,000 SF, in Milpitas; and Dixon Landing Park, ±400,000 SF, in Milpitas, McCarthy Center, 1,100,000 SF, in Milpitas. - Since 1992, Christian has consistently ranked in the top 10 producers.
- In 2001, he was one of the top 10 producers nationwide for Grubb & Ellis.
- Since January 2000, he has completed transactions in excess of 2.5 million SF valued at more than $700 million.
