"I hired Mark and one of his colleagues to re-negotiate my company's office lease. He helped me develop a 'blend & extend' proposal for the lessor. He then presented and negotiated the proposal on my behalf; and helped guide the process to a satisfactory conclusion. Throughout the process he was responsive to my needs and forthright in sharing his opinion re: what the lessor would find acceptable. In 2005 I moved to a new company, which has an existing relationship with a different commerical broker, and have used Mark as a 'sanity check' when information hasn't seemed quite right.
