Jeff has been a life-long resident of the South Bay area of Los Angeles County and currently resides there with his family. He completed his studies at California State University at Northridge in 1977, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Thereafter, he began his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services in the Los Angeles office.
Jeff has consistently earned all of the company's top service and title awards in the earliest possible time. He has appeared in the Top Ten Sales Producers every year since 1984 and earned the Top Sales Producer Award in 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1998 for the South Bay office. He has also earned honors as a member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle seven times. In 1994, Jeff was voted CB Commercial's highest award, the William H. McCarthy award for overall service, integrity and professionalism within the company. Also, he has recently been elected to participate on the Board of Directors for CB Commercial.
During Jeff's 31 years as an industrial specialist in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, he has handled over $5 billion dollars in lease and sale transactions in more than 50 million square feet of industrial space. Jeff has gained a keen knowledge of all aspects of industrial transactions and negotiations and the intricacies of the current environmental, seismic, fire/life/safety and building regulations that are integral to closing a successful transaction.Achievements
