As CBRE’s Los Angeles Central Market leader, John Hollingsworth is responsible for leading the company’s efforts in one of the largest real estate markets in the world. Through careful gap analysis and a focused, strategic approach to business planning and recruiting, he has successfully grown the company’s revenue in this market by 33% in the past two years alone – and has solidified CBRE’s position as the local market leader.
Before joining the CBRE Management team, John spent over 15 years as an expert in property disposition, investment sales, project marketing, corporate relations, and strategic real estate planning. He was personally involved with the exclusive marketing of more than 7 million square feet of industrial space and completed more than 500 transactions. Achievements
