Lorraine Webber began her career at CB Richard Ellis in 1999, as Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources.  She was able to learn about the various business lines at CBRE, the corporate office structure, as well as back office structures.

In 2001, Lorraine made the transition to the South Bay Brokerage Office.  Since that time she earned her California real estate salesperson license and became a Marketing Specialist for the team of Jeff Morgan and John Schumacher.

Lorraine's team is known for landlord and tenant representation in the South Bay industrial market.  She assists this team in the marketing of all the properties in their portfolio, which are in the areas of:

• Carson
• Compton
• Torrance
• Long Beach
• Rancho Dominguez
