Prior to returning to CB Richard Ellis Joe served as an investment specialist with the investment division of Grubb & Ellis Company, Sacramento. There he specialized in the exclusive representation of private and institutional owners, as well as the representation of active buyers seeking investment opportunities. Through his consistent approach and high standards, Joe provides his clients with a level of service in property dispositions and acquisitions that is among the best in the industry.
Joe began his career with CB Richard Ellis, Inc in 2000 as an Account Executive with The Palmer Team, where he was involved in the sale of more that $2 billion in commercial real estate investment properties and served as the due diligence manager for all properties listed with the team.
Joe adds a dynamic approach to investment sales and retail leasing to the Central Valley and is a valued asset to the Stockton CB Richard Ellis office.
