Steve White is the newest member of Xavier Santana and Joe DosReis' investment properties and retail leasing team. Completing his second year with the team, Steve has shown a commitment to the business, developed strong communications skills and has completed a number of transactions that were both inventive and intuitive.
Born and raised in Stockton, California, Steve has an intimate knowledge of the Central Valley market and the various dynamics necessary to complete a successful transaction. As the Central Valley continues to grow, Steve will play an integral role in shaping the retail landscape by providing client specific services and solutions to both Tenants and Landlords.
Steve aids in Tenant / Landlord representation of retail centers in the counties of San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Sacramento and portions of Butte.
