Commercial real estate activity continues to increase in southwest Riverside County, to meet growing demands CB Richard Ellis has expanded their Temecula office. The new office is located at 27720 Jefferson Avenue in Temecula.
CB Richard Ellis has serviced the Temecula area for many years from their San Diego, Ontario and Corona offices. Establishing an office in the heart of Temecula’s business district will enable CBRE to better service their current and future clients. “CB Richard Ellis has had a significant presence in the Temecula/Murrieta market since the early 90’s and this new office will enhance our ability to help our clients meet their business needs,” said Lisa Hoeck, who manages the Temecula office. “Institutional grade clients we work with in other markets are steadily moving to this market and demanding the extensive CBRE platform of services.”
The new office will also provide expansion opportunities for CBRE’s Asset Services group. According to Joe Newman, the group’s manager, “our team can more efficiently extend our industry-leading expertise and assist property owners in the Temecula-Murrieta area with all of their property management needs.”
Southwest Riverside County is one of the fastest growing regions in Southern California. According to the City of Temecula, from 2000 to 2005, the city’s estimated population increased 51% from 53,791 to 81,397. By 2013, the city’s population is anticipated to reach 102,000. The population of southwest Riverside County is expected to increase from approximately 274,220 in 2004 to 333,416 in 2010.
Lisa Hoeck will oversee a staff of seven at the Temecula office. Since 2000, CB Richard Ellis’ San Diego office has been involved in deals totaling nearly one billion in the cities of Temecula and Murrieta.
