The Temecula Valley is famous for Wine Country. Falling at the foot of the Palomar mountains Temecula boasts beautiful views and scenery. The climate is mild with year round temperatures averaging in the mid-80's to mid 90's in the summer and in the mid 60's during winter.

Tourists and locals alike enjoy the amenities Temecula offers. Some of which include, fine restaurants, shopping, Old Town heritage, golf, hot air ballooning, casino resort facilities, hotel and reception accommodations and more.

Temecula is ideally located for business needs. Investors recognized potential as far back as 1882 when the first bank was created in Temecula Valley near the California Railroad. In modern times Temecula has experienced tremendous growth from 2000 to 2005, the city’s estimated population increased 51% from 53,791 to 81,397. By 2013, the city’s population is anticipated to reach 102,000. The population of southwest Riverside County is expected to increase from approximately 274,220 in 2004 to 333,416 in 2010.
