Opus Center at Westlake Village, located at 30800 - 30860 Russell Ranch Road, is soon to be Westlake Village's most sought-after corporate address.  The new project includes twin four-story Class A office buildings totaling 361,000 sq. ft., a 45,000 sq. ft. fitness center and 8,000 sq. ft. of retail shop space.
