Richard West is a First Vice President working in the Southern California Region of CB Richard Ellis. Mr. West focuses on the appraisal of retail real estate in the Southern California area. He manages a team of appraisers operating out of the Newport Beach and Carlsbad offices.
Mr. West started his career in 1991 as a commercial appraiser in Southern California with CBRE.
