Jecoah provides brokerage and consulting services to real estate owners and users throughout the metro Denver market, and the greater front-range region. He specializes in medical office leasing and healthcare strategies through the Healthcare Services Group at CBRE.  He currently oversees the leasing activity of a Medical Office portfolio totaling over 2.5 million square feet in Metro Denver and Colorado Springs.

Throughout his career, Jecoah has participated in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage, including land sales, retail and office leasing, project management, site selection, market studies and analysis, and various capital markets transactions.

Jecoah has spent over 15 years in the local market and provides a high-level of expertise and unique market knowledge that make him a valuable and versatile resource to his clients.   His broad client base includes both local and national landlords, Healthcare REITs, and syndicated real estate sponsors.
