Effie joined the Industrial Team at CB Richard Ellis in May of 1999 after graduating from the University of Wyoming. Effie coordinates and implements the entire marketing campaign for all listings, including new business proposals, presentations, brochures and other marketing correspondence as well as the organization of the team’s operations and procedures. She works closely with the brokers on all investment transactions, including lease abstracting, offering memorandum production and dissemination, and coordination of due diligence materials to ensure a streamlined marketing process for clients. Duties also include daily correspondence and service delivery with tenants and landlords. Effie not only markets properties but also assists the team in the brokerage of industrial properties in order to increase their level of service and production to Landlords and Tenants. Industrial projects she is currently involved in include ProLogis Park70, Centerpark, Peoria Business Center, Interpark70, and Denver Distribution Center.
