Kate Waggoner serves as the Operations Manager for CBRE’s business lines throughout the State of Colorado.  Kate oversees all aspects of the business operations in the region with primary responsibilities including Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Marketing, Research and Human Resources.  Under the leadership of Ray Pittman, Senior Managing Director, she coordinates the activities of the brokers and service personnel to help facilitate the company’s strategic priorities, while ensuring the smooth functioning of operations and the high quality of service delivery CBRE is known for.

Kate joined the CB Richard Ellis Denver office in 2007, after serving as a Senior Analyst at the Frederick Ross Company. Kate was promoted to the role of Research Manager in 2008 and oversaw the research and analytic operations for the Denver area, as well as the Salt Lake City and Hawaii markets.  Under her direction, the Research teams provided leading market intelligence and analysis to both internal and external clients.  Kate and her teams produced market reports on trends and forecasting for the commercial real estate markets.  Her department was regarded locally as the preeminent source for commercial market research, quarterly market overviews and forecast reports.  She continues to rely on her broad range of knowledge to provide in-depth and meaningful analysis to our clients.
