Kevin serves as Managing Director with direct responsibility for the CBD office, focusing on business development. Service lines in the CBD office include investment sales, tenant representation, and agency listing.
Kevin joined CB Richard Ellis upon the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company in 2006. Kevin was a Senior Vice President at TCC, working in Client Services. He provided lead account management and oversight of new business development for institutuional and corporate accounts in the Rocky Mountain Region. Kevin also supervised the Client Services Group, encompassing the Denver marketing, research and graphics departments.
Kevin's previous experience includes Regional Leasing Director for Jones Lang LaSalle, where Kevin had overall responsibility for the marketing of 2.3 million SF in eight office projects. Kevin also worked as Leasing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, working on six office projects located primarily in the Southeast Suburban Denver market. He was named one of the Top 20 Denver office brokers of 2004 by CoStar, and has been ranked in the Top 10 Metro Area Office Brokers by the Denver Business Journal.
