Mary Sullivan rejoined CB Richard Ellis as Senior Vice President with the Investment Properties Institutional Group in 2002. Ms. Sullivan started her career with CB Richard Ellis in 1981 as an investment specialist in Denver, Colorado. For the past 28 years she has formed a solid foundation in investment property sales in all property types nationally and locally. As Executive Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, she acts as an advisor and intermediary in the sale of investment properties throughout the United States. These activities require the maintenance of a wide range of institutional and individual client contacts. The value of completed transactions totals more than $7.5 billion, representing more than 38 million square feet. Along with her partner Tim Swan, Mary reached a Denver record in sales volume in 2007 with over $1.37 billion in sales and closed over $1.01 billion in 2006. In March 2007, the team also sold the Blackstone Denver CBD Office Portfolio for $770 million, which consisted of the Tabor Center, Dominion Plaza, 410 17th Street, 1560 Broadway, and the US Bank Tower. This portfolio sale surpassed the highest recorded commercial transaction in Denver history by a factor of three.

The Denver Chapter of NAIOP honored Ms. Sullivan with the prestigious Broker Outstanding Achievement Award. This award is designed to recognize those in the Commercial Real Estate Industry who have been selected as the "Best of the Best". Representative of one of the top 100 professionals in the company on a global scale, Ms. Sullivan was recognized as a member of the “Colbert Coldwell Circle” Top 100 Brokers in CBRE for 2006 and was awarded with the Honorable Mention distinction in 2007. In addition to being a finalist for the NAIOP award every year since 1993, Ms. Sullivan has received the top investment broker award five times by the Denver Chapter of NAIOP— three times individually (1994, 1998, and 2002) and twice as a member of the CBRE Denver IG Team (2007 and 2003).
