CB Richard Ellis - RichardCalhoun

Mr. Calhoun has over 25 years of diversified commercial real estate experience in the areas of leasing, development, property, and asset management. He has held executive positions with both large regional and national property/asset management firms.

Mr. Calhoun joined CB Richard Ellis in 1996 as Director of Asset Services for the Bay Area. He assumed the Managing Director position for Northern California in February 1997 until April 1999. During that time, the Asset Services portfolio grew approximately 80% in size and doubled in revenue.

In 1998, Richard was the recipient of the James J. Didion Leadership Award. In April 1999, he assumed the Managing Director, Brokerage Services position in the Oakland office. His responsibilities were expanded to include the San Francisco Peninsula office in December 2000. Returning to his hometown, Denver, Colorado, in August 2001, Richard was named Senior Managing Director of the Denver office. In 2003, the Denver office received the Turnaround Award for greatest increase in financial performance over the prior year.
