Sam Slaton is the most recent addition to the Denver Industrial team and was an Industrial Research Analyst at the Denver CB Richard Ellis office prior to joining the Denver Industrial Group. His tenure in research has allowed Sam to understand core principles, client needs and market fundamentals in the real estate industry. Sam’s responsibilities include new business development and establishing relationships while providing representation to landlords and tenants.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Sam served as a sales assistant to a local private equity investment firm, Boutique Apartments, where he assisted in multifamily property sales to institutional and accredited investors. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from University of Colorado.
