Kevin Foley joined CB Richard Ellis in 2006 as a First Vice President of Landlord Representation of the Downtown Denver area.  Kevin brings with him 20+ years of commercial real estate experience and a wealth of knowledge concerning all aspects of commercial leasing and building operations.  His current and former clients include Callahan Capital Partners, Morgan Stanley and Crescent Real Estate Equities, and his specific area of focus is Downtown Denver.

Previously, Kevin was the Director of Leasing for Equity Office Properties Trust (EOPT) where he was responsible for the successful leasing and marketing of a 2.9 million SF portfolio of Class A and B buildings with an aggregate value in excess of $750,000,000.00 in Denver’s Central Business District.  During his tenure with EOPT and CB Richard Ellis, Kevin has been directly responsible for the completion of over 700 leasing transactions totaling over 5,000,000 rentable square feet.
