Kevin Foley joined CB Richard Ellis in 2006 to focus on Landlord Representation in the Downtown Denver area. He brings 18 years of commercial real estate experience and a wealth of knowledge concerning all aspects and services of the industry.
Previously, Kevin was the Director of Leasing for Equity Office Properties where he was responsible for the leasing and marketing of a 2.7 million square foot portfolio of Class A & B office buildings with an aggregate value in excess of $500,000,000.
