Lee Diamond is a Vice President with CB Richard Ellis. He is an integral part of Corporate Services in the Denver office and specializes in strategic consulting and lease restructuring for corporate clients. Lee plays an important role in local tenant representation within the Denver marketplace, as well as multi-market portfolio optimization.  His aggressive, can-do approach to the business has consistently awarded him with opportunities to serve his clients. Lee’s professional experience includes exposure to real estate development and brokerage both from a Landlord and Tenant perspective. He joined CB Richard Ellis in 2004 to focus solely on Tenant Representation and Corporate Service Delivery.

In the past 10 years, he has been involved with more than 360 transactions totaling in excess of 2,500,000 square feet.
