Exemplary as the top real estate investment sales group in the business capable of handling retail, office, or industrial sales transactions, the Colorado Investment Properties-Institutional Group reached a Denver Market record level of sales in 2007. The more than $1.37 billion in closed transactions in 2007 exceeds the team’s 2006 record of more 6.5 million square feet, totaling over $1.01 billion sales. Among the team’s accomplishments in 2007 was the largest sale in Denver’s history — the Blackstone Denver CBD office portfolio sale for $770 million, representing more than 2.8 million square feet. Additionally of note, the team sold two downtown high-rise assets occupying two very prominent city blocks bordered by California and Welton Streets between 17th and 19th Streets — all within a time span of three months.
With a combination of a thorough understanding of market fundamentals and capital trends, the team is able to position sales assignments to the most capable, motivated and qualified investors, therefore obtaining the highest value for sellers. In addition to the extensive market knowledge of the team members, the team's marketing strategy provides for speed to market incorporating high quality marketing materials and detailed property underwriting and analysis.
Mary Sullivan, Tim Swan, and Ron Urgitus were all individually recognized as a member of the “Colbert Coldwell Circle” Top 100 Brokers in CBRE for 2006 and were each awarded with the Honorable Mention distinction in 2007.
