He is Team Leader for an 11-person team whose primary focus is the sale of investment properties in Metropolitan New York, but also in many other cities around the U.S. The team closed in excess of $9.7 billion in 165 investment transactions since 2005. Jeff’s team was CBRE’s highest producing team worldwide in 2004, while Jeff personally was the #1 highest producer worldwide among all CB Richard Ellis investment brokers in 2004 and 2007. During his career, Mr. Dunne has closed transactions valued at over $17 billion.
