Rikki Lawrence became a member of CB Richard Ellis’ New York Institutional Group in 2002. As Operations Manager for the 11-member team, her responsibilities include the management of day-to-day operations in addition to writing, creating and producing marketing materials including offering memorandums, proposals, newsletters and presentations, as well as coordinating due diligence, transaction management, and buyer/seller communications. Since joining the team, Mrs. Lawrence has participated in transactions valued in excess of $4.7 billion.
The New York Institutional Group, which specializes in office, industrial, multi-family and retail dispositions primarily in the suburban New York Tri-State region, was CB Richard Ellis’ #1 producing investment sales team in 2003, 2004 and 2007 and #2 in 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2009. Led by Jeff Dunne the highest investment sales producer of all CB Richard Ellis brokers globally in 2004 and 2007 and the #1 producing suburban professional in 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2009 the team has completed in excess of $17 billion in sales, $9.7 billion of which was consummated since 2005.
Mrs. Lawrence joined CB Richard Ellis in 1999 as an Administrative Assistant for the Asset Services division of the Fort Lauderdale office. In 2001, she became the Marketing Specialist for the office’s Corporate Services team, which originated the same year. Within Corporate Services, Mrs. Lawrence helped establish and implement the team’s marketing strategies and coordinated all marketing materials.
