Christopher Leonard joined CB Richard Ellis in 2004 and is a member of the 11-person New York Institutional Group, which provides capital markets solutions (sales, equity, debt and recapitalization) in both Metropolitan New York and across the United States.

Mr. Leonard is focused on the disposition of multi-family assets, with responsibilities including leading the disposition process, generating new business leads, valuation, underwriting and managing the production of marketing materials. Over the course of his career, Mr. Leonard has participated and led in transactions valued in excess of $4.7 Billion.
