David Gavin joined CB Richard Ellis in 2006 as a member of the 11-person New York Institutional Group, which focuses on generating investment sales business in the Metropolitan New York region and second tier cities, primarily in the eastern United States.

Mr. Gavin’s responsibilities include underwriting and financial analysis, buyer and seller communications, due diligence coordination and marketing materials production for offerings of all asset classes. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Gavin held positions with BMW of North America and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
