Steven P. Bardsley, Senior Vice President is a member of the New York Institutional Group and currently focuses on investment, corporate asset and net lease sales.
Mr. Bardsley has over 24 years of real estate experience in property disposition, acquisition, development and asset management. Prior to his current position, Mr. Bardsley was Director of Real Estate and Facilities Management for Pitney Bowes Inc., where he was responsible for real estate development, acquisition and disposition worldwide, as well as management and lease administration of non-manufacturing facilities in the United States. In 1990, Mr. Bardsley received the Walter Wheeler, Jr. Award, Pitney Bowes' highest award in recognition of exceptional contribution. Immediately prior to Pitney Bowes, Mr. Bardsley was a Senior Real Estate Officer in the Capital Markets Group at Citibank where he structured, acquired and disposed of real estate investments for clients. Mr. Bardsley began his career in real estate as a self-employed broker and was on the faculty of Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY before joining Citibank. Achievements
