Todd Newman joined CB Richard Ellis in February 2005 as a member of the 15-person New York Institutional Group, which focuses on generating investment sales in the Metropolitan New York region and second tier cities, primarily in the Eastern United States. The Team closed $2.4 billion, $1.3 billion, and $4.2 billion in 2005, and 2006, 2007, respectively.

Mr. Newman’s responsibilities include underwriting and financial analysis, buyer and seller communications, due diligence coordination, and marketing materials production for offerings of all asset classes. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Newman worked as a Transaction Manager for Clayton Services, Inc., a premier provider of real estate loan and portfolio analysis, operations support and consulting services to the primary, capital and investor markets.
